Les Stroud has authored five books and over a thousand magazine articles as he crafts story telling and interesting information into compelling works whether on screen or the page. His book, Survive! – Essential Skills and Tactics to Get You Out of Anywhere–Alive! (Harper Collins) made the New York Times best-seller list, and he recently won the Canadian Yellow Cedar Award and the National Information Book Award for his first children’s book, Wild Outside.
