Onjisay Aki Indigenous Climate Summit and Festival

Les will  join the conversation on the private Summit Roundtable from June 8 to 9  We believe this will be a unique and important opportunity to further the national and international dialogue on climate change.


June 10th and 11th, 2017 – Pine Falls, MB

The festival will bring the message and call to action born in the Summit to a larger audience,
through the sharing of music, art, culture, language, traditional teachings and spiritual
connection. This festival and celebration will inspire a national and international dialogue on
cultural and environmental stewardship, based on Indigenous values, in partnership with all
people. There will be solution-oriented workshops, ranging from renewable energy
implementation to traditional land-based practices and teachings. Evenings will feature musical
performances from renowned musicians that will soon be announced.
